Dead Dove
Difficult to know where to start with this one. Temptation is just to post up every track he’s sent us so far, but we’ll make some vain attempt to pick out some specific choice cuts from Bournemouth bairn Ben Thomas. Having previously recorded under the names Rewolf and as Jackhigh (see his collaboration with future Brainfeeder rep Teebs), he’s not one to sit still. As 141 a sultry 2-step sass is eyed through the mist recalling old Ghost numbers that coincide with the release of Tempa’s El-B compilation. Mutant groove chronicles. We’re smitten. More to come.
